Our products are digital and delivered instantly via download, so we have specific policies regarding returns. Please read through these before completing your purchase.
All Sales are Final
Digital downloads cannot be "returned" once a file has been sent. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing.
Technical Issues
Your experience is important to us. We will make it right if you encounter any of the following:
Corrupted Files: Reach out if a file won't open or appears to have a technical error. We will ensure you receive a working version of your purchase.
Download Help: Contact us if you are having trouble accessing your link after purchase, and we will help you get your files.
Accidental Double Purchases
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice in two separate orders:
- Contact us with both order numbers.
- You may exchange the duplicate for any other item of equal value in our shop.
- We will email the new files directly to you to keep things simple.
